• Order Processing: Please allow 3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. This excludes weekends and holidays.

• Shipping Prices:

  • Japan: Free shipping on all orders! We use Kuroneko Yamato courier for domestic deliveries.
  • International: 
    • $20 USD shipping fee for orders under $199.99 USD (shipped by DHL Express).
    • Free shipping for orders over $200 USD (shipped by DHL Express).

Please Note:

• Items are delivered while stocks last. If the ordered product is unavailable, Maison Lilli will honor the order for other products, the customer will be invoiced only for the products actually shipped.
